        <![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;It was about 4 years ago when I met Connie Lee, an attractive woman with a southern drawl and a body that would quit. </p>
<p>She was somewhat of a health nut and had travel to clinics and spas all over the world getting the latest treatments and staying in shape.&nbsp; </p>
<p>We hit it off right away and decided to have dinner<br />and get to know each other better.</p>
<p>&nbsp;I ask Miss Connie Lee where she was from. </p>
<p>She said..<br />"Texas darling"!<br />&nbsp;I had visions of her going to rodeos and doing the Two-Step and riding bucking broncos.</p>
<p>&nbsp;We were sitting at the bar and they served us some peanuts and she stopped me from eating them </p>
<p>and told me this. "Went I was growing up my family had a farm where we grew Jerusalem artichokes </p>
<p>and the year before we planted our crop we would plant peanuts to pull all the impurities out of the soil. </p>
<p>Peanuts contain mold and that many believe they are a cause to cancer and other diseases. Don't eat them!"</p>
<p>The best thing you can do is stay away from peanuts, peanut butter,<br />and peanut oil. Keep it out of your kitchen and out of your body.</p>
<p>Remember to check the labels on products you buy they try to slip it in where you wouldn't expect it</p>
<p>Now you may wonder why I am attacking the poor little peanut, peanut butter or even those delicious</p>
<p>&nbsp;Reese candy cups.</p>
<p>We have been programmed to think of peanuts as a healthy nut,<br />a good source of protein, remember all those delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwiches you ate as a child.<br />Peanuts are not even nuts. That's right.<br />They're from the<br />Legume family and <u><strong>

<p><br />When you're on your next flight bring a healthy snack, get out of your seat walk around&nbsp; and do some of the exercises like the ones I have been teaching to the members of&nbsp; the Qigonginnercircle.com you will be glad you did.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">My ten day stay at the Paracelsus clinic in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">Switzerland</st1:country-region></st1:place> was all about staying healthy and learning more longevity practices, not my demise. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Quite amazing that in a little village nestled in the foothills of the Alps in the town of <st1:City w:st="on">Lustmuhel</st1:City>, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">Switzerland</st1:country-region></st1:place> is a facility that has the state of the art in natural healing.</p>

    <title>Red Fox Opens Blocked Energy </title>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Although I thought I was only
going to do a calming walk and maybe a little workout when I got to the path I
started with hill sprints. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">(That’s when you run as fast as you can up hill and
then walk catch your breath and run full out again.) </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">This workout really works
your Lungs, Heart and Legs. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">When I got most of the way
up, I stopped turned on the Video camera and recorded myself doing the
Recharging Qi Gong Breathing techniques to share with the members of the Qigong

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Foxes in mythology are wisdom
beings, carriers of knowledge and also the tricksters.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="mso-spacerun:
yes"> </span>I took it as a positive sign to bring me more knowledge as
well as a break through in my personal practices. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">I made a decision at that
moment. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

the first part of each day and receive treatments for the rest of my stay at
the clinic; it’s not that I haven't been getting treated.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> I have been, between
patients and teaching. But to totally surrendering and make the switch from
Doctor to Patient is a big one. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">I am sure that I make a
horrible patient, I have too many questions, want to read everything, know
everything, plus I have a suggestion for every treatment and it’s not easy for
me to keep my nose out of the doctors business. I will now have more compassion
for my own patients.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

for the next few days.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

yes"> </span>I am getting IV infusions of vitamins with homeopathic
medicine, deep tissue bodywork, magnetic field stimulation, acupuncture, oxygen
therapy, and neural therapy. I am even having an old root canal tooth yanked. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

yes"> </span>I not a newbie to these treatments, in fact I do many of them

Swiss Alps. </p>

in the world, people come from all over the USA and Europe collectors, dealers,
and artiest and even celebrities. </p><p class="MsoNormal">In fact I just missed Brad Pittt and Naomi
Campbell they are both major collectors. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I was just a few hours away, so off I went to take in the
works of masters and soak up the energy. There was no lack of talent, money or
buyers; art sold for multi-millions. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>It was a full
day of taking in as much as I could and I hardly got to see a ¼ of the show
there were 300 exhibitors that came from all over the world to show
masterpieces. That generates an unlimited source of energy, if you know how to
tap into it.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">You may be wondering how I was drawing energy from an art
show? It wasn’t with a pen and paper.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> It all started </span>35 years ago
and I was living in a little mountain town in Colorado at 8945 feet above sea level. There I was Practicing Energy Healing this was many,many moons before it become popular. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Qi gong or energy work was hardly known in the States. </p><p class="MsoNormal"> I was practicing with group of healers and I met a fellow who was
recognized as a structural magician and a meditation master. He taught me a
technique to draw energy into all three of my bodies and develop my spiritual
digestive system. </p><p class="MsoNormal">I have been teaching this work to thousand of students for
years now. If there were only one thing I could pass on to my children and
grandchildren this would be it. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This type of Energy cultivation isn’t found in your yoga
class, at your bookstore or even from energy healing classes. I have
taught many Yoga and  Kung Fu students who have been working with a master for years and
they have little or no knowledge of the real internal work and as far as Qi
cultivation they don’t have a clue to what’s that’s all about. </p>

Lauderdale airport, the start of my journey to Europe to the famous Paracelsus clinic in Switzerland.<br /><br />To get out of town it's been a push for the last 10 days. Getting ready for this trip takes a lot of prep.<br />Not only the planning of the trip, plane, car, hotel,  work, and patients. I could go on and on.  How I am going to communicate  without speaking Swiss or German. There is always a push to try and get everything done before you take off. It's a lot of work to travel.<br /><br /><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"><br /> It's said "the rewards for good work is more work." So the universe pored it on.</span><br /><br /> I've seen more new patients this month and more and more students have been calling, writing and just showing up for class. You ever hear that saying? " If you want something done give it to the busy-est  person you know. " They will get it done!<br /><br />I can now see why. The last 10 days have the most productive I have had in a long time.<br /> I was able to get more done in a day then most of us get done in a week or two.<br /><br />Tasks and projects can take a lot of energy or give you a lot. If you have on going projects that you never seem to get done, they can really suck the juice out of you.<br /><br />On the other hand the more projects that you start and finish the more energy you get, and the quicker you get them done the more energy you get.<br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"><br />                                        Want  more energy?</span></span><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"><br /></span>1.   <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;">   Make a list of what you want to get done the night before.<br />2.      Imagine those things/projects being finished even before you start them<br />3.      Make all of your calls first think in the morning to confirm all appointments<br />4.      Eat a good breakfast mostly protein. Skip the coffee, sugar &amp; light on the carbs.<br />5.      Plan out your travel root. ( Know where you are going, Eliminate back tracking.<br />6.      When your feet hit the floor in the morning do a minimum of 15 minutes of internal exercises. This sends Qi, Blood and oxygen to all your organs.<br /></span><br />This will super charge you and every thing you accomplish will be like that game where Super Mario gets points for going over mushroom. Everything that you finish will give you more energy to move on to the next one.<br /><br />I am in the Swiss Alps this week studying and teaching. After a long trip the first thing I did when I got here was to do my breathing therapy and Qigong exercises to clear my head, relax my body, mind and ground and center myself.<br /><br />If you don't know these techniques it like being in a storm with out a lifeboat. Too sick to work, to broke to see a doctor and no health insurance. He felt that he was too old to ask for help and too young to get Medicare. </p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stuck between a rock and a hard place. <br />He called me and said, "you’re the only doctor who ever wished me not only health but also wealth. What’s up with that? You're my doctor not my financial advisor."</p>
<p><br />I told him "More ill health is caused by poverty and worrying about your money than anything else I can think of." Most of the patients I see who have back problems have money problems as well. Fix the $$$ and the backache is gone. Amazing but TRUE.<br /></p>
<p>When they say your health is your wealth, they are not kidding.<br /></p>
<p>My Dad would often say "Son if you don't have your health you don't have anything."<br /></p>
<p>That's why I encourage all of my patients to be both healthy AND wealthy.<br />Hear&nbsp;are a few tip to correct both your health and your wealth.&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </p>

<p><br />These principles all apply in practicing Qi Gong .<br />The same is true of the Recharging Qi Gong exercises I teach.<br /></p>
<p>Can you get both healthier and wealthier while you train?<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I certainly think so.<br /></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" color="#000000" size="3">I've had the same concerns that you have now when I was younger, but didn't sit on my duff. I went at it full force and trained when ever I could.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" color="#000000" size="3">I learned as much as I could about internal health and studied Qi Gong, Nei Gong and Shen Gong.<br />In fact I spent every summer for years in retreats and went to workshops every time I could to gather more knowledge.         <![CDATA[<p>I&nbsp;took off&nbsp;on a weekend get-a-way to Michigan to see my mom, the kids and grandkids and some friends. </p>
<p>It was intense, but a lot of fun. It's always been very important for me to stay in touch with family and friends. </p>
<p>And the experience always rejuvenates me.</p>
<p>For some, being away from home can be hectic. We easily use the excuse that because we are on vacation, we're too busy and exercise and a good diet is no longer a priority.</p>
<p>That's the last thing we have in mind when vacationing.<br />Instead we stay up late, sleep in, eat what we wouldn't dream of eating back home, have a few deserts. </p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; And why not?<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You're on vacation, right?</p>
<p>But if you think about it, that comfort food that always has that extra special taste, not only has a direct negative hit to our health, but also our waistline.</p>
<p>Some years ago, I talked to one of my friends, who at that time owned and operated one of the top </p>
<p>ten restaurants in the United States. The topic was on nutrition and he said to me,</p>
<p>"In our business, we don't cook for health, we cook for taste and that's how we sell food. People in general aren't looking for health or evening thinking of it."</p>
<p>Well no wonder, many come back from vacation with all that extra weight!</p>
<p>When I am on Vacation I make sure I train every morning<br />rain or shine and with the <strong>Recharging Qi Gong exercise </strong>you can get a kick ass workout in ½ hour. Working muscles, and tendons, stretching and tonifying internal organs all in one workout<br /><a href="http://www.Rechargingqigong.com">www.Rechargingqigong.com</a></p>
<p>Below are some special tips while traveling to keep you healthy, stay in great shape, and even shed those unwanted pounds:</p>
<p><br />1.Rise and shine at the same time and train for at least half an hour. This way, you can get your exercise done before your family gets you on their program. And if you need those extra Zzz's, you can always grab a nap later in the day. Why not?, you're on vacation!</p>
<p>2.&nbsp;Eat in moderation. Rich foods, sweets and carbs are all OK, however, take only a bite or two. And pass on those creamy deserts. Instead, stick to sorbets and fruits. PASS on the bread, rice, potatoes, cookies and cakes. You'll be glad you did when the vacation is over. And if your family and friends want to eat like there is not tomorrow, let them.<br />But stick to your guns.</p>
<p><br />3.Stay hydrated! Drink more H2O than you usually do at home; minimum three quarts a day if you are not exercising.<br />If you are going hiking, playing tennis or anything physical, it's important to drink even more. Also eat hydrating foods for snacks such as fruits or veggies.</p>
<p>4.EXERCISE! Walk, both forward and backwards. Stretch, swim and incorporate different possibilities stay physically active. There are a few simple exercises from the Recharging Qi Gong exercised that I do every day ( The Yin Set) or pick out one of the sets from the Qi Gong Inner Circle DVD's and work it hard. You'll reap unbelievable results.</p>
<p>All can easily be incorporated into your vacation to give maxium training in the minium time. </p>
<p>5.Stillness. Doing nothing is an important part of relaxing and recharging your body, mind and spirit. It's okay if you don't stop at every roadside attraction. Try swinging from every tree or saying hello to every friend and family member. Relax! You'll find yourself more peaceful, happier and a lot healthier than the rest of your traveling partners when you get home.</p>
<p>6.Get touched. Treat yourself to a massage, facial, scalp massage or foot reflexology. And if you are with a partner, give each other a massage. This will really enhance your travel. (When I travel to China to study, I always get an hour foot massage as soon as I get there and another one before leaving. This keeps me healthy, relaxed and puts a smile on my face.)</p>
<p><br />7.Program your mind on how you want to look. This may sound a little strange, but it really works. I program my food by telling it where I want it to go and what I want it to do.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; For example, I say to myself as I am about to eat, "I want this meal to strengthen&nbsp;my muscles and give me more energy" or "By eating this food, I will loose&nbsp;weight."</p>
<p>When you follow these seven easy tips during your vacation, it will&nbsp; become a real vacation. You will return home in better shape, with less of a belly, well rested, more energy and ready to go full force. We all know what it's like to return from a vacation and then need another soon after.</p>

<p>Where I will not get sick?"<br /><br />TW.- &nbsp;You're now not the first one to ask this and I am sure you will not be the last.<br /><br />There is a few ways I can answer this.<br /><br />&nbsp;What the general public wants is something so they will not get the latest Flu or virus</p>
