Rooting and Grounding 9 point secret

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

It was cold dark and windy this morning at 6:30 when I left my
house for my morning workout. Burrrr 45 degrees and that's damn
cold for Southern Florida. On the way I got a phone call from
another Qi Gong practitioner who gave me a few laughs to keep
me warm on my walk to the beach.

He also asked me about my grounding techniques.

"Grounding" is when you sink your energy deep into the earth.
The Kung Fu guys love all the grounding techniques from Qi Gong
because when you run into somebody that is really grounded its
like running into a brick wall, you can move or throw them.
I have seen many examples of this over the years. One teacher
of mine was just a little guy but he could ground himself on a
patch of ICE and nobody could even slide or budge him and inch,
even with a running start.

In the energy healing work I do grounding is very important. We
look at it this way, a tree can has to grow roots to grow tall
and take on more sunlight. You can't grow up without growing
down at the same time.

Grounding as a practice is more than stance work, in fact it's
not really stance work at all. You don't need big legs to get
grounded you only need to know how to direct your attention and
energy. The 9-point grounding technique is essential to doing
this properly.

My walk down to the Beach is a little less than a half-mile;
but I use every step of the walk to do my Qi Gong breathing and
the 9-point grounding techniques. I have taught the 9 -point
grounding technique only to a very select few, as of now. All
the members of the Qi Gong Inner Circle are receiving a DVD on
this technique this month and I reviewed it with them last
night on a group call.

There are so many of us that strive for internal power and
spiritual openness we read, study, and we train. If we are
lucky enough to have a good teacher we may get the real goods,
but it's rare.

On the other hand you could say that some of the most powerful
teachings are right out in the open, hidden in old folk
stories; those parables have a lot of juice in them, but again,
it takes the proper introduction by a qualified teacher to
decipher the code and then learn the practice.

My teacher once said, "It takes two wings to fly. The first
wing is the teaching and the second wing is the practice. You
can't fly with only one wing. You end up just flopping around
like a wounded bird."

There's nothing more annoying then someone who knows everything
but can't do anything and there's nothing more upsetting than
seeing someone try and try and try but fail. All they are
missing is a coach to adjust their practice just a tiny bit and
they would catapult themselves to great success.

Many times the key is already in your hand you just need to be
shown the lock and that vault of knowledge and power is open to
you. That's the value of a qualified teacher or coach.

Over the last 30 years I have studies with Kung Fu Masters, Qi
Gong Masters, Meditation Masters and Master Healers from all
over the planet. In fact I am still studying and practicing
daily. With the right coach or teacher you can get the goods
and increase your power, your energy and open up centers that
very few students know that they even exist.

Heavy Metal

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)
When I saw my first patient yesterday in the office, I thought
about heavy metal. Now when I talk about heavy metal, it isn't
Metallica, or Megadeth, or any of those long haired, incredibly
loud rock bands that some people seem to think are way cool.

No. Metal is one of the five Chinese elements, and fall is it's
season.

My patient complained of sleeplessness, breathing problems, and
depression.

The metal element encompasses a wide spectrum of things that
have to do with giving and taking from the environment. If it
isn't balanced, you can end up by feeling depressed. Often this
manifests itself in respiratory difficulties, asthma, lung
infections, colds, and flu.

I can usually pick out people who have a problem with the metal
element. They have soft weak voices, pale complexions, and
they're often thin and weak.

But there are many positive things about fall, or the metal
season. In South Florida it means that the blistering hot
summer is over. It means the dangerous hurricane season is
over. It means the days of high humidity are over. It's also
harvest time, when all the things that were planted are ready
to reap.

The positive emotions of the fall or metal season are valor and
courage. It's a time to move forward with strength and internal
power. It's a very important time to be working on your lungs
and elimination system.

That means that when you wake up in the morning you start off
with deep breathing exercises, like the lung exercise from the
yin set. I explain all this and more in my Recharging Qigong
program.

http://www.rechargingqigong.com

You'll want to also modify your diet for the season. I cover
all that and more in my program. It's a step by step guide to
improve every aspect of your health, mentally, physically, and
spiritually.

How To Get An Edge In The Market

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

I was up early this morning because I had a special training at
the beach with one of my students. This guy has been with me
for quite a while and we had a long workout consisting of power
exercises and internal work. Time flies when you're having fun,
and before you know it two and a half hours were gone.

As you might imagine both of us were pretty hungry after that,
and we went to get some breakfast. During breakfast, we talked
about his business, something that we rarely do. Evan has been
trading stocks for the past twenty five years, and he has been
pretty successful. He has an intuitive sense of when to buy and
sell that has served him well.

I asked him what the key to his success was, and he started
singing that old Kenny Rogers tune, The Gambler. You know how
it goes:

You got to know when to hold 'em

And know when to fold 'em

Know when to walk away

And know how to run...

He is still making money in a very tough market. Most of his
colleagues are either down or out. One of the skills he said
helps is programming his internal computer, and he gave me
credit for what I had taught him.

He went on to say that his Recharging Qigong training gives him
an extra special edge in the marketplace. His said that most of
his colleagues do train, but their training is superficial.
They look good, but they really aren't strong or flexible, and
they lack any sort of mental discipline, or internal power.

This is very true. My Recharging Qigong program opens up the
Three Treasures...Jing, Qi, and Shen.

Most martial arts programs only deal with Jing, and so even
good fighters have no idea about internal powers and
spirituality, much less your typical gym rat.

One of the big things these folks are missing out on is the Law
of Accumulation. Every time you do a Recharging Qigong workout
it adds benefits to the work you did before.

http://www.rechargingqigong.com

In six short weeks you'll be able to feel the Qi coursing
through your body and rejuvenating your entire system. You'll
become more sensitive, clear blocks to your psychic intuition,
ratchet up your internal powers, and open up your spiritual
gates. It ain't just an exercise!

But it won't happen until you get started, so go ahead and
order my Recharging Qigong course now.

How to Deal with Energy Vampires

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

Last weekend I went to a business conference in Tampa, and for
the most part it was all good. But there was a woman there who
was an energy vampire, and she was trying to suck the life out
of many of the participants.

Upstairs in the revolving restaurant she started complaining
that the food was too expensive, the service was to slow, and
the water wasn't wet enough.

She didn't say that about the water, but you know what I mean.

In her world, which is quite small, there was nothing wrong with
what she was doing. She was just pointing things out...things that
she thought the rest of us dummies should know. Then she had
criticism about all the presentations...then she had criticism of
people's ideas, and it just went on and on.

At some point I excused myself and left.

I didn't totally escape because an hour later she came to the
bar, where I was hanging out, and started pressing people for
information. Some smart people cut her off, and one very strong
person told her to "beat it!" You might find this cruel, but I
assure you it wasn't. She just moved on to someone else.
A person like this is an energy vampire. They like to hang
around, dispensing their negative energy, and then they try to
suck away your positive energy and knowledge. It's like they
stick a straw in you and start to feed until you just don't have
anything left.

There is a way to deal with these energy vampires, and it's very
effective. I have taught many students how to set up a mirror
and reflect the energy vampires negative energy back at them,
and how tokeep it away from you.

If you'd like to know the six steps to ridding yourself of these
pests, enroll in my inner circle, where you'll learn not only
how to deal with energy vampires, but a whole cornucopia of
secrets and practices that will skyrocket your personal power.

are committed to raising themselves up. It's where I show you

You Dirty Rat You!

Can you remember your first day of school? I remember my first
day in kindergarten, a day that I will never forget. My Dad took
me to school and I knew it was going to be special since both my
parents promised me that it was going to be a lot of fun. The
teacher had planned a game for all of us to play. I was so
excited and I truly believed it was going to be a great day
until it got personal. The game was The Farmer in the Dell.
Do you remember how it went?

"The farmer in the dell. the farmer in the dell. Hi-ho, the
derry-o,?the farmer in the dell. The farmer takes a wife. The
farmer takes a wife. Hi-ho, the derry-o, the farmer takes a
wife." Asn sp on until it gets to the cat takes the rat

We were all holding hands in a big circle and the teacher chose
one kid to be the farmer. He stepped into the circle as we all
sang the rhyme, he chose another kid to be his wife, and so on.
I was having such a good time until they got to me. At that
point, the rhyme was on the part where "the cat takes the rat"
and they pointed to me and said "you are the rat." I admittedly
took a fight stance even at that age and said in a very loud
voice, "I AM NOT THE RAT!"

The teacher was surprised that I was not going along with the
game and said to me, "Yes, you are the RAT." Once again, and in
even louder voice, I responded, "I AM NOT THE RAT." I can still
remember her large finger pointing at me and her insisting,
"Yes, you are the Rat!" That's when I bit her finger and as the
back up military staff grabbed me, or so it seemed, I ripped off
her watch. Before I knew it, my Dad was there to bring me home.

What an experience to be sent into battle by myself and to come
out a winner. In our home, growing up, the worse thing to call
someone was a "Rat." I remember my younger brother and I would
always tease each other, call each other a Dirty Rat. So when I
was sent home after what happened at school, I was expecting a
war hero's welcome for standing up for myself. You can imagine
my surprise when that wasn't the case at all. I had been sent
home for misbehaving and biting my teacher. There was no reward
for me.

Its coming to the end of the rat year in the Chinese calendar
2008 is the Year of the Rat.. In China, the Rat is considered a
courageous person, associated with wealth, charm, and order,
with great leadership skills. The Year of the Rat symbolizes new
beginnings and change, and we have seen plenty of change this
year. I was interview by 'Eluv', from WMF radio a few weeks ago
and she asked me what was the one thing that people should be
putting their attention on these days to keep them centered with
everything seeming so tipsy. I said" Put your attention into
staying healthy mentally physically and spiritually. If you lose
your health you don't have anything.

This morning Marion arrived at my office at
8:00 sharp she is always on time and never misses
an appointment;
in fact she arrives a few minutes early.

She would be considered a
Metal type in Chinese medicine
One of the traits of the metal type person
is they are always very punctual.

Everything in there life is in order,
cataloged and filed, A anal
type personally to say the least.

She felt that her life was fading away and
 although she did everything
right or she felt she was doing all the right
 things it wasn't working.

She has been doing weight lifting, running and
hard core yoga for 25 years and

A Super Bowl Life

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)
Just last weekend I was in Tampa Florida with friends at my
first ever professional football game. We were about five rows
from the field. I could actually call out to the players if I
wanted to and they would have heard me.

As far a raw power goes some of these players have it in
spades. The amount of energy that these players put out when
charging the line or tackling is impressive when you see it up
close.

The only thing I could compare it to is some of the great
martial artists I have studied with. It's true. These guys hit
so hard it will make you jump out of your seat.

When you imagine one of these guys in normal clothing they are
just a bigger than average Joe. Some of these guys you might
even put on a diet if you didn't know better but get them on
the field and man can they perform.

For big guys they can really run and they keep it going through
the whole game no problem.

As far as conditioning goes American Football is keeping them
in top notch shape but I wouldn't call football a longevity
practice.

Watch any number of football games and you're going to see
these incredibly fit individuals being carried off the field by
guys that don't work out nearly has hard and if I had to place
a bet on who would live longer I'd bet on the guy doing the
carrying.

There's an important distinction to make here between the
Martial Arts and the Modern day warrior of the gridiron.

In the NFL we are only thinking about making it to the Super
Bowl. Every day of the season is dedicated to that goal. So you
play hard and hold nothing back. All conditioning is focused on
performance and if you have an injury you try to treat it in a
way so that it will perform again soon, not necessarily heal.

The Super Bowl in real life is a target much farther down the
road and we want to reach it in perfect health. That type of
goal takes a different kind of conditioning inside and out.

Qi Gong is conditioning that starts from the inside out.

By focusing the breathing the mind is calmed and the blood and
oxygen is moved through the body and healing happens at a
cellular level.

The movements of Qi Gong can be fast or slow but they will
never take you in a direction that is directly apposed to the
design of the skeleton. Tendons and muscles get stretched for
elastic power in a wide range of movement.

Qi Gong acts like a pump bringing vital energy from the core of
your being out through the meridians and energy channels into
the rest of the body.

Qi Gong leaves you with a warm hum running through your body
and a feeling of being recharged.

Not all Qi Gong is the same. Some schools have you doing
extensive standing practices where you are nearly motionless
for hours before starting any of the movements. This is a
mistake.

My training is more alone the lines of Medical Qi Gong. I get
you moving right away and once all the juice is flowing then I
can instruct you on moving the internal energy.

Only the internal energy will fuel you all the way to the real
life Super Bowl.

Only internal energy will transform the daily stress into a
feeling of being recharged.

Only internal energy will heal your body from the inside out
starting with your internal organs.

Now is the time to start learning how to FEEL and cultivate
this energy I am talking about. Not everybody finds there way
to real internal energy and power but I have created more than
a trail of breadcrumbs to follow for those that are willing to
learn.

I have compiled 36 of the easiest and most powerful exercises I
have acquired on my life long quest and made them available to
you.

There is no other program like it. I encourage you to make an
investment in yourself and discover the vast amount of energy
and power that is waiting for you.

Go to http://rechargingqigong.com now and discover what's
waiting in you and your future.
