2 lessons beat into me

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

Fifty years ago I was living in the only place on earth that
has sub-zero arctic winters followed by some of the hottest
tropical summers, Detroit Michigan.

Some call it hell, they even have a small town called Hell
Michigan just outside of Detroit, nice place...

But as a kid you don't really notice the weather too much you
just don't realize it could be any different.

As a kid I was a hyper active, by today's standards I would
have been medicated for sure.

Thankfully my father dealt with my hyper activity the old
fashioned way, he enrolled me in boxing and later Jujitsu.

I definitely knocked the steam out of me, when I wasn't taking
a boxing glove full speed to the nose I was being tossed like a
rag flat on my back.

My nickname was "Mop" because the bigger guys used to mop the
floor of the Dojo with me.

This early training beat two important life lessons into me.

I'm am grateful for these hard won lessons because they have
saved my life and kept me balanced and grounded through the
years.

And I want to share them with you.

>>LESSON ONE that was beat into me:

Learn how to fall. Everyone that learns any sort of grappling
knows this is lesson one. There are actually several different
techniques but they all have one thing in common, do not
resist, go with the fall, and transfer the energy of the fall.

Learning how to fall has saved me countless times.

In collage I got in a fight with two football players by
telling them what I thought of their pansy workout (not a good
conversation to have with two big drunk football players). When
the 280 pound linebacker chucked me across the room I landed on
top of his teammate.

Instinctually I used my entire arm to transfer the energy of
the fall downward but instead of slapping the ground like I
normally would in the Dojo I smashed the other guys ribcage
completely knocking the wind out of him and nearly knocking him
out.

Luckily while the big was still trying to figure out what
happened to his friend I escaped unharmed.

I can remember another time I was still living up North and
winter just broke. It was a beautiful spring day and I decided
to go for a bike ride.

I had a racing bike and strapped my feet into the pedals and
took off.

What a great day it was, as I was riding down the street I
noticed a young lady jogging in a pair of short shorts like
they used to.

As I turned my head, like most guys would, I hit the curb and
went a$$ over appetite with my feet still connected to my bike.

I could see my self almost in slow motion going over the
handlebars. Thankfully I knew how to fall. I rolled on my
shoulder and ended up on the grass with the bike on top of me,
still attached by my foot peddles. Embarrassed but unharmed.

>>LESSON TWO that was beat into me

Learn the moves and practice every day. As you train in your
art what ever it is it gets easier and becomes more fun.

After about 21 days of training you will establish a habit and
your body will start to crave practice time.

If you don't learn the moves or don't practice you get hit.

The same is true when it comes to dealing with stress and aging.

YOU NEED TO LEARN THE MOVES

What moves?

You need to learn the moves that keep you young.
You need to learn the moves that keep you flexible.
You need to learn the moves that keep your internal organs
healthy.
You need to learn the moves that keep the flow of Qi open.
You need to learn the moves that keep your hormone levels up.
You need to learn the moves that give your seks organs working.
(yes I spelt' it dat way on purpose)

Every morning and most evenings I practice these moves.

I'm and old dude but only in years, I'm way younger than a lot
of my patients in their 40's who are just falling apart because
they don't know these moves.

The MOVES I'm talking about are the very same moves in my
program The Recharging Qi Gong.

If you haven't begun a regular daily practice and want the best
Qi Gong practices all in one package go to
http://www.rechargingqigong.com and get started now.

There's no excuse not to, my program is easy to learn and
practice. I even give you a simple follow along DVD that you

Better Results with Easy Practice

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

This morning I woke up in my hotel room in Tampa and before I
even got dressed I was practicing in front of the mirror. Not
because I planed to, I just do pratice out of habit because I
learned how to make every practice easy.

If you practice everyday you will get results of your practice.

That's a given.

That's why we practice.

We all practice something whether we know it or not.

Whatever results you're getting in your life, no mater good or
bad, it's the results of your practice.

The key is to make what you want to practice easy to do.

I decided what I want in my life many years ago and set out on
a journey to bring those good things into my life.

The difference in my mind was that I made it easy to accomplish
those things.

I focused on the positive aspects and always put a smile on my
face.

There is an exercise that I do that is part of my daily
practice that brings me up all the time. I stand in front of a
mirror and put a smile on my face and for 60 seconds I look
into the mirror smiling at my self and I see my mirror image
smiling back at me.

Training yourself to respond positively to your own image is
one of the great secrets to success.

Often I say out loud to the mirror,' I look good, I sound
great, I feel myself radiate!"

There is one thing for sure the rest of my day is going to be
Great.

Why? Because I say it is so, and I do this every day.

If you know me you know I never have a bad hair day.

I wish you the best in Health, Wealth and Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi

Why I Yelled at My Patient

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

This morning I made a call to one of my patients in Tampa

Florida from my hotel room. My patient and Qi Gong student in

this case, got the shock of his life when I yelled at him.

Now if you know me or have had any treatments or classes with

me you may have a very difficult time imagining me even raising

my voice but in this case it had to be done.

Sometimes being a Qi Gong Master means being a Zen Master too.

Qi Gong in it's essence is MOVING, BREATHING, and FOCUS.

Qi Gong in our daily lives is about bringing things into

alignment with our focus. This can effect us on the physical,

emotional, and energetic level.

Qi Gong at street level is just a practical way of bringing us

back to a state of inner and outer harmony in every aspect of

our lives.

That's what it takes to really Master Qi Gong and live a long

healthy life.

It's all Qi Gong from the top looking down.

Sometimes it takes a shot of bitter medicine to get the system

back on track.

This particular patient is a brilliant computer guy and a year

and a half ago he was on a roll. He had bought a new home and

was making more money than he ever had. With several new

ventures in his back pocket the future was brighter than it had

ever been and he was on his way to becoming a new millionaire.

Today... not so good, he seems to struggle at everything.

His marriage fell apart, his kids are in and out of the

hospital, and he can't seem to stay up on paying his bills.

What changed?

He changed and if he is going to recover he needs to keep

changing.

Sometimes when we set out to become something more than we

currently are we have to go more changes than we originally

anticipated.

When we are at the top of a mountain we can see the tops of

other mountains clearly, what we don't often see is that to get

from one mountain top to the other their might be huge valleys,

rivers, and swamps between here and there.

My patient in this case was stuck in just such a swamp.

By asking several questions I was able to discover what he was

doing wrong. Holding on to his own resentment about his

setbacks he was stopping himself from moving forward.

Just like a little kid learning a new sport, he started to make

all sorts of judgments about himself, worse yet he was starting

to believe it.

I confronted him sternly.

Sometimes when we want to step up to the next level we can't

bring all are baggage from the past with us.

This is true on all sorts of levels.

In the end he thanked me for being straight with him. To keep

him going I prescribed 3 simple Qi Gong exercises form him to

do 3 times a day.

When you find yourself in life's swamps the most important

thing is to keep moving. The way to keep moving is to create

the right sorts of habits.

In China and India there is a concept of "Sadhana". Sadhana is

usually thought of as a daily practice or ritual but the

word "Sadhana" in Sanskrit actually means the path to

accomplishment.

Lasting Health and Longevity is a journey you take one step at

a time. It's an Accomplishment not a Fix. That's both the good

news and the bad news.

Those that do have any sort of Accomplishment whether

financial, physical, or other, did it with a Proven Method and

Daily Practice.

I CAN and DO provide the Proven Method but it takes two wings

to fly, you've got to show up too.

So far I've given everybody two easy ways to Show Up and take

these treasures from me.

1. The Recharging Qi Gong is still the greatest

collection of Qi Gong exercises I have seen compiled into a

single, easy to use program with DVDs, CDs, and Illustrated

Manuals and it's only available

here -> http://rechargingqigong.com

If you don't have this valuable resource yet now's the time to

get it.

2. The Qi Gong Inner Circle http://qigonginnercircle.com I

started this group so that I could give even more material on a

monthly and weekly basis. In addition to the monthly DVDs I

hold a weekly meditation and Qi Gong class here in Miami. If

you want to take your Qi Gong to the next level and have access

to me you need to sign up today.

With two easy ways to get started there's really no excuse to

stay in the swamps of life. Join me and a select group of

individuals that are on the path of accomplishment.

Start "Sadhana" today and go to http://Qigonginnercircle.com

and sign up.

Wishing you the best in Health, Wealth and Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS: The secret to the Qi Gong Inner circle is that you can

still get in, you might not be able to get all the back issues

of the Qi Gong Inner Circle but I have been working personally

with new members to get them all the basic materials they need

to experience a rapid increase in the Qi flow. That's all

available at http://Qigonginnercircle.com once you sign up.

Still Stuck

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

As early as last night I started getting emails back from

people subscribed to my list. Many were able to currently

relate to feeling stuck so I decided to stay up a little later

than normal here in my hotel room and get something else out

that might be useful to un-stick those feeling stuck.

Many wanted to know what I yelled at my patient that made him

wake up. To be honest I don't think I can type those exact

words without getting this email flagged as or blocked.

As I said before "some medicine is bitter" let's just leave it

at that.

With the economy and real estate market the way it is now many

people have been affected that were never before affected in

any other "recession".

I have patients that have always had corporate level jobs that

are now out looking.

I have patients that have always had their own businesses now

wishing they worked for somebody else and that somebody would

buy them out.

I have patients that have comfortably rested on millions of

dollars of real estate now being chased by banks.

It's crazy.

But you have to look past the story sometimes and look at

what's right in front of you.

Sometimes the answer is way simpler than you previously thought.

This is exactly how Qi Gong works.

We begin every Qi Gong exercise with a pause and a deep breath.

Qi Gong means "Energy Work" or "Energy Practice" not hard work,

struggle or strain.

And the life of a Qi Gong practitioner is much the same way.

Everything is energy that is the fundamental lesson behind the

book "Using Stress as an Ally". We welcome the energy in all

forms recognize it as just that and then open the flow of

energy.

“Using Stress as an Ally" is available with the Recharging Qi

Gong http://rechargingqigong.com

When we are IN FLOW we are truly alive and able to radiate that

energy back out in everything we do.

Very simple movements and breathing exercises help get this

principle working in our whole being.

The very act of performing Qi Gong means that your are

committed to being the Dominate Influence in your own life.

Forget the Economy or what anybody else is doing!

That's why a daily practice is essential. You get on it and

stay on it!

When people sign up for my email list I always send them

the "Old Man and the Sea" exercise. That alone is an incredible

exercise or "Sadhana" as I described in yesterday's email.

If you practice this exercise you stimulate the blood and

oxygen moving along the meridians in your body. The meridians

are like the circuit board on the physical computer that is

your body.

When the body is working properly you feel better, work better,

and smile all day long. The more you smile the longer you live.

It's as simple as that.

So get on it and stay on it!

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS: For those that want a little longer "Sadhana" get the

Recharging Qi Gong at http://rechargingqigong.com and really

pump up your level of Qi and work out your smile muscles 'cause

your gonna feel GREAT!

Every Sunday morning you will find me at Josh's Organic Garden,
shopping for some of the fresh produce that was picked the
night before.

Thumbnail image for 2007_0201HOME0026.JPG
They even have signs that read "Florida Fresh! Picked Last
Night!

How cool is that.

Florida isn't known for its organic food but here it really is
the best and for more than just being fresh.

Let me tell you why.

I am very much a believer in vibrations that's why I practice
Medical Qi Gong and energetic medicine.

If you are buying something and especially if that something is
food that you are about to eat or feed to your family, you
don't want any bad vibes or low energy from the store or
restaurant.

Foods with low energy will do nothing but fill your belly, make
you fat and toxic regardless of whether or not that food is on
your diet. Believe it or don't.

Continue to eat those foods and there's a good chance you can
even become sick. That's right sick.

The food will eat your energy not give you energy and that is
defiantly SICK! If you look at food as fuel and you're putting
bad fuel in your car or machine of any kind you're going to get
poor performance. Not only that, it's going to ware out sooner
than you expect.

That's why we change our oil; use a better grade of gas etc.
Well the same is true with food. If you are eating poor quality
food or the vibration of the food is low your going to have a
bumpy ride.

Now how can one tell if the food has a good vibe or not?

There are a few simple guide lines to follow when it comes to
food and energy:

1. Is the person in the store or restaurant helpful and
friendly? This is the very first indication that the energy of
a place is good, simple but true.

2. Do you see smiles on the faces of the people in the store or
restaurant? A smile can change a low energy vibration to a high
energy vibration instantly. Example: Consider how powerful the
smile meditation that I teach in the Qi Gong Inner Circle is to
change your vibration.

3. Take a good look at the other customers shopping around you.
Do they seem happy or are they up tight over rushed or even
down right nasty. They are not only an indication of the energy
of the place, they are contributing to it.

4. Look at the quality of the food. How is displayed? Do the
people that are serving you feel pride in what they are serving
you or is it just a job. You don't want zombie energy around
you they are energy suckers. I have a nephew who believes that
the energy in restaurants is so important that sometimes,
depending on the energy of the server, he will ask them to
bring him anything that they want to serve or would eat
themselves. If the person is full of good energy this will
instantly put that good energy into the food.

5. Do your deep breathing quiescent meditation every day to
sharpen your internal skills you will become a magnet for good
energy. Not only that you will learn how to pull more energy
out of the food.

Remember as you Feel the good energy you become that energy.

Every month the inner teaching of our group studies and trains
in these techniques to be powerful, energetic beings, if you're
not on board get on while you still can.

I have all ready started to put together a very special diet
and weight loss program based on Chinese and Qi Gong Medicine
that I will be giving only to members of the Qi Gong Inner
Circle.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness,
