why Wealth is Health

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

It was a cold day last winter when I spoke to Jose about his situation and his health condition. Both were not doing so well.

He was a friend but down and out, always complaining that he didn't have enough money to pay his bills or get what he needed for his family.

He always had to depend on others generosity to get what he needed and wanted in life.

Sometimes he even used God as an excuse for why he didn't have health, happiness or prosperity in his life.

Other times he would boast, "I could have all the money in the world, if I really wanted, simply by directing my attention to making money", yet he was always known as 'Buck Low' to his friends.

He would say. "I have turned down millions of dollars from people in the past" as if that said anything positive about his personality.

Still he lived in a semi poverty existence.

One day he said to me "your the only physician who wishes his patients not only health but also wealth. Why would you do such a thing? You're my doctor not my accountant."

"More ill health is caused by poverty and worrying about your money than anything else I can think of." I told him.

It's as much true here in the US as it is in the most impoverished nations on earth.

In fact most of my patients with back problems always have an underlying money problem as well. They feel like some one is stabbing them in the back.

Well let me tell you, when they say your health is your wealth they are not kidding.

When I was a kid my father would say "Son if you don't have your health you don't have anything."

I didn't have a clue as a kid what he was talking about. But I sure do today.

That's why I encourage all of my patients to be both healthy AND wealthy. The two are connected.

Recognizing connections is one of the underlying principles of Qi Gong and Qigong Medicine.

The same is true of the Recharging Qi Gong exercises I teach.

Can you get both healthier and wealthier while you workout on the beach?

I certainly think so.

If you don't yet understand this you need to examine a little more closely those connections between your body, mind, and success.

Sometimes it can take thirty or forty years to find all the connections, as is the case with my friend Jose, other times it just takes looking at things another way or trying something different.

I can recommend no better way to do this than to start practicing the Recharging Qi Gong every day.

When you understand this you will understand how a peaceful workout can change your own consciousness from one that repels success, money, and love to one that attracts all of these wonderful things.

It may sound a little over the top but it's really not.

It's simple.

When to push yourself

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

I was training with one of my younger students last night and she said to me "Dr. Wu you seem to push yourself harder then most men a third your age but you seem to be the happiest person I know, how's that work."

"I don't PUSH myself, I PULL" I told her.

It might sound like I was making fun but I was truly speaking from the heart.

Once you understand how to properly PULL yourself you will have unlocked the secret of achievement, success, and eternal health.

I went on to explain student that most people believe that they have to push themselves to get any results.

They believe that they have to "get through" stuff in their life so that they can arrive on the other side of the stuff they didn't like.

This is a silly way to go through life. It's also dangerous.

I'm not suggesting that you don't strive to achieve. I believe that you're only alive when you are growing.

So how do we go about becoming more than we are?

It's more about discovering how we already do this.

We are pulled to new heights in life by our aspirations and love of what we want or who we want to become.

It's even in our language we "Pull ourselves up" we never "Push ourselves up."

When we feel we have to force ourselves to the next level we are admitting that we have lost our enthusiasm.

The key is in rediscovering that enthusiasm and that creative spark every morning.

I'll give you an example:

I manage to workout every day even when I don't want to. Do I push myself to workout?

No, I start simply with a gentle twisting motion and tapping motion I call "Tapping the Goods". (I also give this exercise in the Recharging Qi Gong that you can get at http://energymedicineflorida.com )

I do this first on those days when I don't feel like working out because so easy to do and instantly makes me feel better. Once I feel better I want to do more.

This is an example of Pulling yourself to success.

The next time you need to get moving consider what small thing you can do to get started that you will enjoy. Once you are back to enjoying yourself you will find the capacity to do more no matter what it is.

Wishing you Health, Wealth, and Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi

The 3 Ls of longevity

Last Thursday I was reunited with a high school sweetheart, Carla, who I hadn't seen in over a decade, and she insisted that I must be on drugs.

No, not the kind of drugs that make you feel loopy, burn vital Qi, damage your organs, and speed up the aging process.

The kind of drugs she assumed I was on are the kind you inject into your face. (You know the ones I'm talking about, I won't even mention them directly as it might cause this email to be flagged as spam.)

She said "You look great, and I'm turning into a wrinkled old prune. Tell me what kind of treatments you're getting done and don't lie to me!"

I wasn't offended. I took it as a complement.

Carla doesn't know any better. She never learned the Qi Gong or any of the mediation from me.

What she may never know is that it's not just the upper half of me that's looking good and working great. I have Qi Gong exercises that keep my manhood manly and I don't use a drug for that either.

Qi Gong's good for a lot of things.

What Carla doesn't know, like most Americans, is that a few simple exercises ( i.e. The Recharging Qi Gong ) when done every day will be sufficient to keep you looking WAY younger than the rest of your high school classmates even 50 years after graduation.

Most Americans have been brainwashed into thinking that the only way to get rid of wrinkles or start looking younger is to inject your face full of toxic goo or have the skin on your face cut.

I live and work in Miami Beach, and let me tell you, it's the world's capital of surgical augmentation and manipulation.

Any surgery you can imagine being done to a man or woman in order to try and make them look young I have seen done. And I know the catastrophic results first hand.

Let me tell you how those things DON'T work.

Pay attention and warn your friends that may be tempted to try and "fix" their face instead of vitalizing the one they got.

If you put any kind of junk in your body that doesn't belong there your body has to do extra work to get rid of it.

The energy that should keep you full of child like enthusiasm is wasted on toxic clean-up.

Worse yet, people that get hooked on this stuff end up deformed or looking like their face was frozen in plastic.

Last week my nephew and I were introduced to a young woman on the street in Miami who looked like a fish because her lips were so puffed up.

We resisted the urge to laugh but in retrospect laughing directly at her might have been the most compassionate thing to do. Who knows, she might have been headed back to the body-shop the next day for more freakish alterations.

Taking a knife to your face is only good for a shave, cut the skin man and you're done.

The tighter you stretch the skin and muscles over you're skull the more everybody is going to see you're skull, you don't end up looking younger!

People that become addicted to plastic surgery end up looking like the crypt-keeper, we all know that.

Even a little plastic surgery will end up looking like doo doo five years down the road.

There's really only one path you want to take for your own vitality and well being, this is how it goes:

  • Smile
  • Breathe
  • Drink water
  • Eat "Food"
  • Stretch
  • Walk
  • Run
  • Play
  • Meditate
  • Sleep

Make time for all of the above every day of your life and do it in a conscious and loving way.

What do I mean by that?

What I mean is:
Look at your body - every inch of it,
Listen to your body - even when it's quiet,
And Love your body - it's your only true home.

These are the 3 L's of longevity. I hope they serve you well.

Wishing you health, wealth, and longevity,

Dr. Wu Dhi

The secret to moving forward every day

Drip, drip, drip, drip...

That was the only sound I heard while meditating in the pitch black of cave, then the lights came on and I found myself standing, along with twenty other tourists, in the most fantastic garden of stalagmites and stalactites.

It's a stunning work of art created in stone over thousands of years one drip at a time. If you've never been to Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico you owe it to yourself to make the trip.

While others ooh-ed and ahh-ed at all the spectacular stone formations, many well over a hundred feet high, all I could think about was the sound of those drips and how they related to me.

My work seems daunting at times.

I have so many projects happening all at the same time, especially for a man in his sixties, I'm anything but retired.

I feel I am working harder than I ever have to manifest what I want in my life.

I have been seeing patients in two different cities, teaching, speaking, and working on my business nonstop for the last six months.

I chuckle when I catch myself running off to do jump on a plane, when it feels I didn't even spend anytime in the place I just was. I was too busy.

Drip, drip, drip, drip...

That's the sound I hear when I'm working. I'm building my cathedral out of stone, my masterpiece, my contribution to the world all one drip at a time.

This is how I am able to keep moving forward every day.

By keeping the focus on what I am doing and visualizing my goals 100 feet high.

Some people ask me how I keep this pace going.

My answer is always the same "The Recharging Qi Gong".

I've got pictures that are 30 years old of me doing the very same exercises I put into my new program (you can get at http://energymedicineflorida.com ). The work just the same way I do.

Drip, drip, drip, drip...

But how they work is on your internal organs, healing you, and building strength from the inside out.

Just imagine, your body want's to work all the time, your body want's to play all the time. The body is always playful, and youthful like a little child, no matter your age you just need to free it up so that it can be that way and express life with abundant energy.

That's what "The Recharging Qi Gong" does, it feeds your energy, and it frees up your energy by opening the flow of Qi in the body.

If you haven't read the full story of how my life was changed forever by learning about Qi I suggest that you do so now at http://rechargingqigong.com .

Then I suggest you start building your dreams with power and vitality a little more every day by buying the program I have decided to share with you and start a little practice every day.

The results will start to come to you immediately and within six months you will feel as if you've stepped into a time machine that makes your body rejuvenated.

Wishing you Health, Wealth and Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS: If you are in the Miami area and want to be part of the Qi Gong on the beach I am offering that class as a bonus for everyone that has bought the program at http://energymedicineflorida.com , you will build even more energy when we practice as a group. Email me at drwudhi@energymedicineflorida.com and I will send you the details.

How to move yourself young

Back in '88 I was living in Caracas Venezuela teaching a group of 40 people the internal healing practices that I would later call the Recharging Qi Gong.

Time and time again they asked me to take the oral teachings, as they had been handed down to me, and write them down.

At that time I refused.

A lot of these exercises were originally used only by mediators to keep the body free of negative emotional tension. They were never intended to be mere calisthenics so I was reluctant to create something that would be misinterpreted as an "exercise book"

It was not until recently that I decided to share these Recharging Qi Gong exercises and openly promote them through my website http://rechargingqigong.com

The response from the website has been interesting, check out one of the emails I got through the website.

.......................
Dr. Wu,
I am someone who eats well and works out regularly. What's so special about these exercises and meditations that you are now selling? How are these different from anything else out there and how can you possibly claim that these exercises will keep you younger than any other form of exercise?

I'm sorry if this comes as an insult or skepticism I would just like a little insight before I decide to invest in your program.

Sally Skeptic

(name changed)

.......................

Sally,
I don't consider it an insult or even skepticism; it's just that people forget what it is to be young and how it is that we express youthfulness.

I get asked all the time if these exercises really make you younger but I think it's obvious when you start listing the individual benefits that can be found in each exercise.

Let's see, the Recharging Qi Gong is a combination of several different types of movements.

There are movements that increase joint motility.
There are movements that will increase flexibility.
There are movements that will stretch your posture.
There are movements that can release pops and cracks of tension.
There are movements that will build bone density.
There are movements that unlock negative emotions stored in the body.
There are movements that promote peacefulness and mental clarity.
There are movements that free muscular tension.
There are movements that balance the hemispheres of the brain.
There are movements that improve coordination and balance.
There are movements that open the ribcage and breathing.
There are movements that (of course) build muscle.
There are movements that ...

The list goes on but I think you get the picture.

It's powerful medicine to do a complete combination and collection of the best of these exercises every day.

And Sally, if I had seen this sort of thing all ready had been created I wouldn't have bothered to make another.

It's a one and only and you can only get it at http://energymedicineflorida.com

Sincerely,

Dr. Wu Dhi

 .......................

I get asked all the time if it is really possible to stay young, or become younger with moments alone.

Of course it is.

It's also a good idea to watch what you put into your body, do some mediation every day, and do things that promote hormonal ( and that 3 letter word ending in x) health too.

That is why I've included all the bonuses with the Recharging Qi Gong package.

If you haven't already ordered be sure to go and get one now at http://energymedicineflorida.com

Wishing you health, wealth and happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS: For those of you who have already ordered keep watching your inbox and your spam filter, I'm sending more and more tips out. This one in plain text but I have also sent out some fancy ones in html. If you haven't seen them yet make sure to include drwudhi@energymedicineflorida.com in your list of good mail.

What to do when you pull a muscle

What to do when you pull a muscle

Yesterday I stopped by my old friend Ira’s clothing store to pick up some new duds and say hello but it ended up being another house call for Dr. Qi Gong.

Boy was he glad to see me.

“Doc, Can you help me? I am hurting BAD” says Ira.

Ira, like myself, ain’t no spring chicken but he does try to take care of himself. He tries to eat right and workout every day to keep himself young but it’s doing more harm than good because of the way he’s using his body.

In his morning workout, Ira neglected to warm up, and as a result, pulled major muscles in his back, hips, and legs.

It was obvious he was in pain and he was barely able to move throughout the store.
“I was a little short on time so I decided to rush through my workout.”

Bad move for anyone doing a workout but especially bad for an older dude.
“With no warm up at all, I bent down with the medicine ball and did the twist BooM! I felt the strain instantly.

Then he handed me this picture and I had to laugh, “Ira, what were you thinking?”
Below is the actual picture with my notes on it. Don’t’ try it yourself.

don't do it

Even if you are in tip-top condition, this exercise, like most exercise without a warm-up, is just the ticket if you really want to hurt your back and limp around with a crutch.

Instead of staying fit and young, you’ll instantly look and feel at least 40 years older.
I told my friend “If you want a workout that will really keep you young it’s the Recharging Qi Gong you need to practice before you do any heavy lifting.”

Then I explained how the exercises in Recharging Qi Gong have been keeping guys and gals young for over 4,000 years (and counting). And you’re never going to hurt yourself practicing them.

After Ira paid me upfront for a copy of the Recharging Qi Gong program (you can get it here -> http://energymedicineflorida.com ) I fixed his back up with a few tricks I know and gave him some sound advice.

“Ira I’m going to give you three powerful tips that keep you out of pain.”
Here goes:

>>>consult a physician before administering, of course<<<

1. Cold packs for injury - Buy one at the drug store and keep it in your freezer or get those punch and apply ones that instantly get cold and keep them in your gym bag. When you first get injured apply it to the area for 10 to 15 minute intervals.

2. Epson salt baths for stiff muscles – Get in a full tub of hot water with about 2 pounds of Epson salt. Forget about a cup, it doesn’t do a thing, make sure you mix the water and salt well and soak for 20 minutes to ½ hour.  I have used salt baths to relive pain and pull stiffness out of my muscles for years.

3. Use your own Qi to heal - Direct your breath to the pain. In The Recharging Qi Gong program Breath is used to move Qi, store Qi,  and cultivate Qi. Directed Qi is the secret ingredient that will bring relief to your entire body.

Breathe deeply and fully. Fill your chest to full capacity.  Feel your rib cage expand in the front, back, and on both sides.

Inhale even more and hold the breath for a bit. Then exhale out about 1/5 of the breath inhale again and imagine you are sending the breath to the tight or painful area. Exhale slowly and see the muscles relaxing.

You'll feel the difference in no time. The clenched area will unlock and give your more elasticity, hence no pain.

The Recharging Qi Gong course works on all three levels at the same time Physical, Mental and Energetic. Go to http://energymedicineflorida.com now click on “order here” and I’ll send it to you so you can see for yourself.

Wishing you health, wealth and happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi
